Victoria Buckley
Victoria Y. Buckley is an Associate Attorney at Cruz Arevalo P.C., where she represents clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, and complex property division matters.
While recently licensed after successfully passing the February 2025 Texas Bar Examination prior to graduation, Victoria brings over fifteen years of substantive experience in family law to her practice. Her extensive background includes working as a paralegal and law clerk throughout her legal education, providing her with deep practical knowledge of family law procedures, case strategy, and client advocacy that extends far beyond her recent bar admission.

Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law in 2025, where she distinguished herself academically by receiving multiple CALI Excellence for the Future awards. She also demonstrated leadership within the legal community, serving in key positions with the Royal Ferguson Inn Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and the Board of Advocates. Her legal education builds upon a Master of Legal Studies from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law (2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Baylor University (2009).
